We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your merchandises safely and efficiently. You may choose 3-4 days' Priority Mail or 1-2 days’ Express Delivery and track its shipping status online from our e-mail notification, so that you will not miss your schedule.
Refund, Return and Exchange Policies:
* Items with manufacturing faults or delivery damages can be exchanged within 7 days upon received along with its tag, original box packing and the invoice.
* Items returned with a postmark later than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted for refund.
* Bridalsky.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the usage.
